“We feel very fortunate to have won the public channels, WDR and RBB, and the companies, WeFadeToGrey, Torus, Maier Bros., and Ludwig Kameraverleih, as partners for this project. They are not only co-financiers, but also do excellent work in their fields, i.e. lighting, camera, sound editing and post-production. Our special thanks go to the Film- and Medienstiftung NRW, which has supported our project with a substantial financial contribution. Accordingly, we are looking forward to shooting the movie with an outstanding team. Except for the filming abroad in the province of Trentino (Italy), all of the shooting will take place in North Rhine-Westphalia. We have a long-standing partnership with MMC Movies. It’s fantastic to have MMC Movies on board, as co-producers for Zazy; they strongly support us with the project’s preparation, financing, and the execution of production processes”, say producers, Daniel Mann and Marco Gilles.
The gilles mann filmproduktion also published the first official film still with Ruby O. Fee starring in the leading role as Zazy.
