On the Set at the MMC Studios in Cologne: Stéphane Robelin Stages the Enchanting Comedy #FLORA63 with Pierre Richard

Director Stéphane Robelin is currently staging his new comedy #Flora63 (aka Un Profil Pour Deux aka Mr. Stein Goes Online) at the MMC Studios in Cologne, Germany.

Stéphane Robelin tells the story of the grumpy old man, who doesn’t expect anything from life anymore. When his daughter imposes an introductory course into the modern world of the Internet on him, Pierre has no choice but to deal with the world out there.

Pierre Richard, who, since his success with The Tall Blond Man with One Black Shoe, has been a big movie star, passionately plays the part of the grayed student in the colorful world of digitalization. At Pierre Richard’s side, Yaniss Lespert as well as the young talents Fanny Valette and Anna Bederke, also stand in front of the camera.

Today, the film was presented to the press on the set on MMC’s soundstage 37.

#Flora63 (aka Un Profil Pour Deux aka Mr. Stein Goes Online) is a production by Fabian Gasmia (Detailfilm GmbH), Christophe Bruncher (Ici et Là Productions), Panache Productions, La Compagnie Cinématographique and MMC Movies. On the German side, the production is funded by Film- und Medienstiftung NRW, FFHSH – Filmförderung Hamburg Schleswig-Holstein, FFA, Medienboard Berlin-Brandenburg, DFFF – German Federal Film Fund and the German-French mini-traité.

The German-French-Belgian co-production will be shot in May and June 2016 at the MMC Studios in Cologne / Germany, as well as locations in the federal state of Schleswig Holstein (on the island of Sylt), Belgium (Brussels), and France (Paris). In Germany, the film distributor, Neue Visionen Filmverleih, will bring #Flora63 to the theaters.
