Right at the beginning of their training, the students of the MiB Academy experienced a special moment today on the premises of MMC Studios. Hans-Werner Bartsch, Mayor of the City of Cologne, visited the MiB Academy to take up his post as a pupil mentor for the first training classes.
"Young people are our future. If I can support these young people in their development with my sponsorship, I am very happy to do so," the mayor said of his new post.
In addition to Hans-Werner Bartsch, also Philip Borbély, Managing Director of MMC StudiosThe students can now look forward to sponsors from the worlds of politics and the media industry.
"We are very happy about these sponsorships, as it stands as it were for the support of young people and their training, as well as being a sign that we take our responsibility for training in the media city of Cologne seriously," says Matthias Lang, Campus Director of MiB.
