On Tuesday, March 10 at 8:15 p.m., the wait will be over. That's when the queen of all founders' shows returns to the VOX screen for the first time in the spring.
The six new episodes the seventh season were held in Studio 36 of the MMC Studios produced in Cologne. In the process, MMC was commissioned by Sony Pictures Film und Fernsehproduktions GmbH responsible for the complete technical television production and the Set construction and for Lighting technology and Sound system.
In the new episodes, the hungriest inventions, the most passionate founders and the best pitches again await the hungry pack.
Five lions per start-up sit in the cave, including beauty expert Judith Williams, economic size Carsten Maschmeyer, media entrepreneur Georg Kofler, Trade mogul Ralf Dümmel, family entrepreneur Dagmar Wöhrl, Orthomol Managing Director Nils Glagau and start-up legend Frank Thelenwho goes hunting for new deals one last time as a lion.
In the very first episode of the award-winning start-up show, the "predatory cats" sniff out a fat prey: Ehsan Allahyar Parsa wants to revolutionize the language learning market with his app. His app "Rootify" is designed to make learning a language easier. To finalize the app, Ehsan Allahyar Parsa needs 175,000 euros and is offering 18 percent of his company shares in return.
Michael Schunke and Mathias Dögel also venture into "Die Höhle der Löwen" and present their start-up "Willhelm Grill," the first app-controlled charcoal grill. The premium model is manufactured as if in a manufactory and the retail price is 5,000 euros. The founders' goal is to go into series production and build a version that will go on sale for 500 to 600 euros in specialty, retail and online stores. To do this, the founders need an investment of 600,000 euros and are offering 20 percent of their company shares in return. Will one of the lions bite?
In addition, these start-ups want to score points with investors in the first new episode: "ROSTdelete" (rust remover), "Pakama" (backpack with training set) and "MIMIK Skincare" (individual care cosmetics series).
VOX will show the six new episodes of "Die Höhle der Löwen," hosted by Amiaz Habtu, every Tuesday at 8:15 p.m. starting March 10, 2020.
