INDUS is one of the leading specialists for sustainable corporate investment and development in the German-speaking SME sector. In August, INDUS held its Annual Shareholders' Meeting (AGM) as a virtual shareholder meeting for the first time due to the Corona pandemic.
On behalf of the Event agency Clou GmbH was MMC at the event for the technical TV production and the lighting technology.
For the production of the Streaming events was held at MMC Studio 35 a mobile direction installed by MMC's sister company Crosscast, which is used over several Flight Case Regiments and international experience in streaming events.
On August 13, therefore, much was different from previous INDUS Annual Shareholders' Meetings. Only a small part of the Supervisory Board, the Board of Management and the notary were present at the Virtual Event in the studio.
The other members of the Supervisory Board and up to 200 spectators pursue the virtual INDUS HV online.
During the Annual Shareholders' Meeting, nearly 80 submitted questions were answered. After about three hours, the last chart was streamed and the first INDUS Virtual Annual General Meeting came to an end.
