Start of 4th season "Eine Liga für sich - Buschis Sechserkette" from MMC Studios on November 9 on Sky One

The fourth season of the sports comedy show, featuring 10 new episodes, two best ofs and a special, was produced by Redseven Entertainment at MMC Studio 35.

On behalf of Redseven Entertainment was the Technical Operations Team of MMC Studios in the records for the technical TV production responsible and the  MMC Art Department supplied the Stage and decoration construction for the show series

Next Monday, November 9, it will be world championship time on Sky.

For the starting signal for the new season "A league of its own - Buschis Sechserkette" combines no less than four soccer world champions around Moderator Frank Buschmann: On the one hand, the soccer virtuosos kick off Pierre Littbarski and Icke Häßler an against the team of Bayern legends Sepp Maier and Lothar Matthaeus.

The two teams are supplemented with the permanent team members Panagiota Petridou as well as Matzo Button.

The new season kicks off with the two team captains Matthäus and Littbarski having to dribble through a course with a football. Then it's all about missed penalties, dream goals and who can lob a ball as high as possible over a goal in the studio.

For new entry Fabian Köster is in the new Between two posts" section the former footballer Ansgar Brinkmann as a guest. In addition to his various clubs, the interaction with Jürgen Klopp is also a topic with him.

In the grand finale, the two teams then have to answer questions while captains Lothar Matthäus and Pierre Littbarski break discs with footballs - and once again it's all about sporting fun as well as the new "A league of its own" cup.

In each weekly edition, host Frank Buschmann has two teams, each consisting of three celebrities, compete against each other.

In various rounds of games, the guests have to prove not only their sporting knowledge, but also their skills in physical challenges.

Points are awarded for each round won. In the show's grand finale, one team member at a time must complete a grueling task while the other two team members answer questions.

In the end, the team with the most points wins. The 50-minute show combines sports, comedy and entertainment like no other format on German television, and not just for viewers interested in sports.

The British original "A League of Their Own with host James Corden, known from "The Late Show" and "Carpool Karaoke," has also been running extremely successfully on Sky One in the UK since 2010.
