The topics of sustainability and CO2 reduction play a major role for MMC, and we consciously purchase green electricity from RheinEnergie.
In recognition of this decision, RheinEnergie has donated twenty square meters of forest on behalf of MMC Studios Köln GmbH for the "A Forest for Cologne" project.
Around 26,000 square meters of former farmland in Lindweiler are currently being reforested using funds from this initiative by the city's forestry department and the Schutzgemeinschaft Deutscher Wald (German Forest Protection Association). Two other small forests have already been created in the past in Junkersdorf and Merheim.
