The second German Entertainment Awards sponsored by MMC Film & TV Studios on May 23, 2023 in Cologne was a complete success. The Entertainment section of the Alliance of German Producers awarded DAS 1% QUIZ - WIE CLEVER IST DEUTSCHLAND? from BBC Studios Germany as "Best Adaptation" to a show produced at MMC Studios.

The other prizes were awarded by presenter Oliver Kalkofe to KITCHEN IMPOSSIBLE - BEST FRIENDS EDITION from EndemolShine Germany as "Best Development" for the best German in-house development and to Julia Thiel from ZDF MAGAZIN ROYALE from Unterhaltungsfernsehen Ehrenfeld UE as VFF Best Talent; this award for the best talent in non-fictional entertainment, which comes with prize money of 10,000 euros, was donated by the VFF Verwertungsgesellschaft der Film- und Fernsehproduzenten.
"After its successful debut, the DEA has continued to develop into an important industry event for the industry," explained MMC Managing Director Jens Wolf. "The fact that a production from our studios was able to win an award makes us even happier.
